Enjoyed our rooms with nice views of lago argentino. The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was great.

The room and hotel were clean, and the location was beautiful with great views of the lake and mountains. The staff also had good English skills, which made communication easier.

The hotel was quite far from the city center, making it inconvenient to access unless you used the provided transfers. The WiFi connection was very poor, making it difficult to stay connected.

The hotel was a nice choice for our Thanksgiving getaway. The decor was modern and sleek, giving the space a nice upscale feel. One of the best things about the hotel was the spa area, which was relaxing and serene. Another great aspect was the spacious and comfy rooms, which had great pillows. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to have a late checkout when we requested it.

the room rate ended up being much higher than we expected, making us question if it was really worth the price. the location was quite far from the main town area, so we had to rely on the hotel shuttle or renting a car, which was inconvenient.

Liked this good small and good looking hotel, easy to find, with excellent staff on the service and the kindness of the staff. The room was nicely decorated and nicely equipped, had a beautiful view on the lake. The bathroom was amazing, included a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for our stay. Additionally, the location was close to several attractions, which was excellent.

This hotel is a nice place to relax and unwind, situated in a secluded area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are comfortable with cozy beds and showers. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The spa offers well-priced treatments. The restaurant boasts a great view. There is a nice warm pool with strong bubble jets to enjoy. The location is convenient for trekkers, with easy access to the tropical island and the glacier.

The hotel shuttle service to the city center is limited, making it difficult to explore the nearby attractions freely.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check out late so I could enjoy a horseback ride before heading to the airport. The hotel itself was beautiful and upscale, with comfortable beds and nice rooms. I especially loved the hotel facilities, such as the amazing massages and the great swimming pool. Even though the hotel is located outside the city center, they provide a shuttle service in the late afternoon/evening, making transportation back to the city center convenient. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and staff were all top-notch.

During my xmas stay in this hotel, I appreciated the complementary sweets and the bottle of wine in the room upon arrival. the location was great, near the bay and with easy access to the town. the shuttle service was useful and always on time.

The negative aspects of my stay outweighed the positive. the breakfast was really disappointing, with limited options and poor quality food, especially the canned fruits.
